Kraft board is brown all the way through, so every ink sits on a warm background instead of white. Dark inks stay crisp, light colours turn softer and a little darker, and white ink gives you a bright mark without printing a solid panel. These are real printed boxes from our range, not screen mock-ups.

Which Kraft Board Should Your Box Use?
Most of our kraft boxes are made from brown kraft folding board or brown kraft corrugated. The style of box decides which one makes sense: a tuck box for a serum bottle folds best from a single sheet, while a mailer that travels through couriers needs fluted board.
White-lined kraft and other grades are available on request when you want a white inside or a cleaner print surface. Tell us what goes inside and how it travels, and we will suggest the board on your quote.
Corrugated kraft is the board to choose when boxes are stacked in a van or dropped on a doorstep. Folding board is thinner and crisper, so it suits retail shelves, gift tables and anything carried home in a bag.

What are kraft boxes?
Kraft boxes are made from kraft board, a strong paperboard that keeps the natural brown colour of the wood fibre. They come as mailers, tuck boxes, tubes, gable boxes and many other styles, plain or printed.
How much do custom kraft boxes cost?
Prices start from £0.25 per box. The exact price depends on the style, size, board, print and quantity, so every order is quoted in writing before anything is made.
Can you print a logo on brown kraft?
Yes. Black ink gives the sharpest result, white ink and spot colours work well on bold shapes, and full colour is possible too. We show the result on a free design proof first.
Do you make kraft boxes to my own size?
Yes. Every box is cut to the inside length, width and height you send, so your product sits snugly instead of moving around in a stock size.
How long does an order take?
Production takes 4–6 business days after you approve the design proof. Delivery to your UK address then takes 2–3 business days.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free and tracked to any address in the UK. We only deliver within the UK.
What if my boxes arrive misprinted or damaged?
Tell us within 10 days with photos and we will reprint the affected boxes or refund them.

Can I get white inside a kraft box?
Yes. White-lined kraft board is available on request, and many mailers can also be printed inside so the opening looks different from the outside.
Do kraft boxes arrive flat?
Most styles, including mailers, tuck boxes, pillow boxes and gable boxes, arrive flat-packed and fold by hand. Tubes and some rigid-style gift boxes arrive made up.
Can I see my design before paying?
Yes. You receive a free digital proof showing your artwork on the box layout, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
How do I send my logo?
Upload it in any form on the site, email it to info@thekraftboxes.co.uk or send it on WhatsApp. PNG, JPG, PDF, AI and SVG files are all fine.
